Olivia Munn Locked in for Aaron Sorkin’s HBO Pilot

“Daily Show” contributor joins the pilot about a cable news program

Aaron Sorkin's upcoming HBO project just got a whole lot better-looking.

Former "Attack of the Show!" beauty Olivia Munn has signed on for "West Wing" creator Sorkin's upcoming HBO pilot, the cable outlet confirms to TheWrap. Munn will play a financial analyst in the pilot, tentatively titled "More as the Story Develops," which will revolve around a cable news program.

As reported earlier,  Jeff Daniels will be playing the lead in the pilot.

Should the pilot get the go-ahead for a full series, Munn will have her plate full. In addition to her ongoing stint as correspondent on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart," Munn also stars in the upcoming comedy "Freeloaders," alongside Jane Seymour and Dave Foley, and also has a prominent role in the Sarah Jessica Parker/Greg Kinnear comedy "I Don't Know How She Does It," slated for release in September.

Munn also starred in the NBC sitcom "Perfect Couples," which was recently canceled.
