The Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis relationship comedy “Relanxious” is moving forward for the Allegiance Theater, with Myriad Pictures distributing internationally and selling the film this week at the AFM.

Getty ImagesBrie Larson and Fred Armisen are also attached to star in the film, which was written and is to be directed by Christopher Storer.

The Allegiance Theater’s Daniel Dubiecki along with Myriad’s Kirk D’Amico are producing.

In the film, an anxiety-ridden Barrett (Wilde) meets agoraphobic George (Sudeikis) and the two engage in a courtship over the phone, discussing the dates they would go on if their phobias didn't stand in the way. As the fantasies develop, the two must decide if they can put aside their fears in order to find real-life romance.

“Through Chris Storer’s highly original script and the wonderful chemistry of Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis we get to go on fantasy dates all over Chicago. It is going to be the perfect way to experience Chicago,” Myriad CEO/President Kirk D’Amico said in a statement.

"The film is Storer’s love letter to his hometown Chicago, and a throwback to classic relationship comedies from greats like James L. Brooks and Cameron Crowe," Dubiecki said.
