Oprah’s OWN Announces Shift in Its Primetime Lineup

Time-slot shift will kick off with a two-part special on Winfrey’s Australian adventure

The Oprah Winfrey Network announced a shift of its primetime lineup on Tuesday.

One of the new cable outlet's most popular series, "Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes" will be moving from Friday to Sundays at 8 p.m. beginning on March 27. The one-hour series will begin its new time slot with a two-part episode chronicling a trip to Australia with 300 audience members. "The producers face their biggest challenges yet — huge crowds, stifling heat, and working in a foreign country," OWN said of the two-parter.

Another two-part series, "Oprah Presents Master Class," will also run on Sundays from March 27 to April 3. The series, which will air from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET/PT, will find Winfrey opening up about her tumultuous formative years, including her teenage pregnancy.

The Sunday-night lineup will be filled out by "The Judds," which premieres on April 10 and will air from 9-10 p.m. ET/PT. The series will follow singers Naomi and Wynonna Judd .on a new tour.
