Paramount Sets Jason Reitman’s ‘Labor Day’ for Wide Release in January

Paramount will give Jason Reitman’s “Labor Day” a one-week qualifying run on Dec. 27 before its wide release on Jan. 31, 2014.

When “Labor Day” expands nationwide, it’ll compete against Focus Features’ romantic comedy “That Awkward Moment,” which stars Zac Efron, Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan.
