“Portlandia’s” comedy duo is ready to die in a new first-look video from the show’s fifth season. Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein dress up as goths and visit a funeral director to help them prepare for their eventual passing.

“I was more looking forward to this than I was my own birthday,” a macabre Brownstein says.
The two go through a long list of must-haves for their final services, including creaky wooden doors, distant shrieking and body-dragging jackals.

This first-look clip will appear inside a special Halloween episode of “Comedy Bang! Bang!” airing Oct. 31.
“Portlandia,” executive produced by Lorne Michaels and produced by Broadway Video, is shot entirely in Portland, Oregon. The fifth season is set to premiere on IFC in January 2015.
