“Press Your Luck,” “Card Sharks” and “Match Game” just handed ABC a ratings win — what year is this?
Fox finished in a second-place tie with Univision in Wednesday’s primetime ratings among adults 18-49. Fox was fourth in total viewers, Univision was sixth.
ABC was first in ratings with a 0.9 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 4.3 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Press Your Luck” at 8 p.m. put up a 1.0/5 and 4.8 million viewers. At 9, “Card Sharks” received a 0.9/4 and 4.2 million viewers. “Match Game” at 10 had a 0.8/4 and 3.8 million viewers.

Fox and Univision tied for second in ratings, both with a 0.6/3. Fox was fourth in total viewers with 2.4 million, Univision was sixth with 1.46 million.
For Fox, “MasterChef” at 8 got a 0.7/4 and 2.7 million viewers. “First Responders Live” followed at 9 with a 0.6/3 and 2.1 million viewers.
CBS, NBC and Telemundo tied for fourth in ratings, each with a 0.5/3. CBS was second in total viewers with 3.5 million, NBC was third with 2.9 million, and Telemundo was fifth with 1.50 million.

For CBS, “The Amazing Race” at 8 had a 0.8/4 and 4.8 million viewers. At 9, “NCIS: The Cases They Forgot” settled for a 0.3/2 and 3 million viewers. A rerun followed.
For NBC, following repeats, “The InBetween” at 10 managed a 0.4/2 and 2.7 million viewers.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in viewers with 702,000. Following a rerun, “Jane the Virgin” at 9 had a 0.2/1 and 641,000 viewers.
