Calm down, everyone — Lisa Marie Presley’s kids are safe and sound with grandma.

Priscilla Presley, Lisa Marie Presley’s mother and the ex-wife of deceased music legend Elvis Presley, took to Facebook on Sunday to clear up the custody situation of her daughter’s eight-year-old twins, Finley and Harper, as Lisa Marie goes through ugly divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Michael Lockwood.

“There is lots of confusion, commotion and concern from all the talk circulating,” the elder Presley wrote. “Let me put this to rest … the girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out.”

Priscilla Presley’s clarification comes days after nasty divorce documents in the ongoing proceedings between Lisa Marie and Lockwood came to light. The papers, filed earlier this month, say Lockwood “was discovered to have hundreds of inappropriate photos of children and is facing allegations of sexual abuse and neglect. While Respondent [Lockwood] has not yet been convicted of crimes related to his possession of these photos, that he possessed them is documented evidence of conduct that has destroyed the mental and emotional calm” of Presley, the court papers claim.

In a declaration, Lisa Marie Presley stated, “When I discovered the photos on Respondent’s computer, and viewed the videos, I was horrified and sick to my stomach. I had no idea that Respondent had taken these photos.”

She went on to say that the children “are temporarily under the care of DCFS [Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services] pursuant to dependency court orders.”

Presley and Lockwood (pictured above) were married in January 2006. Presley filed for divorce in June 2016.

In a statement to TheWrap, Lockwood’s attorney, Jeff M. Sturman, called Presley’s filing “one-sided” and “inaccurate.”

“Mr. Lockwood and his lawyers believe that it is very unfortunate and inappropriate that Ms. Presley chose to file a one-sided, inaccurate version of the facts in the Family Law Court’s publicly accessible files. Ms. Presley and her lawyers undoubtedly knew that their highly sensational, inaccurate and unproven claims would be of great interest to the media, which would disseminate Ms. Presley’s inaccurate story as a result,” Sturman said.

“To make matters worse, Ms. Presley failed to disclose very important information in the papers she filed in the Family Law Court and the things she failed to disclose are directly related to her inflammatory claims against Mr. Lockwood,” Sturman continued. “Mr. Lockwood is not going to publicly disclose very negative information about Ms. Presley to retaliate. Mr. Lockwood and his lawyers did not choose to litigate these personal matters in the press. Therefore, while Mr. Lockwood denies the truth of what Ms. Presley chose to put in the press, he has no further statement at this time.”
