Veteran literary manager Adam Kolbrenner announced on Tuesday that he’s launched his new production company Lit Entertainment Group.

Kolbrenner served as a producer on Denis Villeneuve’s 2013 Oscar-nominated film “Prisoners,” as well as executive producer on last year’s Netflix original film “The Christmas Chronicles.”

Literary managers Kendrick Tan and Carrie Isgett, both of whom worked with Kolbrenner at management and production company Madhouse Entertainment, will join his new venture. The company said that additional managers would be announced soon.

“I have been a fierce advocate for the original voices and ideas that the great creators and writers have to offer the film and TV mediums,” Kolbrenner said in a statement. “Lit Entertainment Group will build from this core strength of story-telling and provide a truly unique management group deeply rooted in story development.”

While not being produced under his new Lit Entertainment Group banner, Kolbrenner is next producing Fox’s Ryan Reynolds-led action flick “Free Guy,” which is set to be directed by Shawn Levy. He’s producing the project alongside Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter from an original spec from Lit client Matt Lieberman that was sold in an aggressive bidding war.

Kolbrenner is also producing Skydance’s “Ghost Draft,” written by Lit client Zach Dean, with David Goyer also producing.
