‘Rachael Ray’ Renewed in 90% of U.S.

Emmy-winning show set to run through 2011-12 season.

Emmy Award winner "Rachael Ray" has been renewed in 90% of the country, including 28 of the top 30 markets, through the 2011-12 season, CBS Television Distribution announced Monday.

Stations renewing the show include the ABC Owned Television Stations, as well as stations in the CBS Television Stations, Gannett Broadcasting, Local TV, LIN TV, Allbritton Communications, Tribune Broadcasting and Hearst-Argyle Television groups.

"Rachael Ray" debuted in September 2006. It’s distributed and produced by CTD in association with Harpo Productions, Scripps Networks and Watch Entertainment.

“The quick pace of station renewals is a real testament to Rachael’s popularity and the show’s enduring success,” said Joe DiSalvo, CTD president. “We’re thrilled with the station support to take the show through six seasons.”
