‘Wreck-It Ralph 2’ Trailer: John C Reilly and Sarah Silverman Score an Extra Life on the Web (Video)

Ralph breaks the Internet in teaser for “Ralph Breaks the Internet”

Disney just uploaded its official teaser trailer for “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2.” Readers will find the mouthful of a title pretty spot-on once they peep the preview, though it may also make them  yearn for the simplicity of the dial-up days.

In the official sneak peek for the November 21 release, Ralph (John C. Reilly) and Vanellope (Sarah Silverman) spend some time at an eBay auction and master a fake mini-game that is sure to become a real app any minute now.

Oh, and the titular character also ends up haunting the nightmares of one adorable little girl who is just trying to innocently occupy herself on a tablet.

Here is the movie’s official logline:

“Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” leaves Litwak’s video arcade behind, venturing into the uncharted, expansive and thrilling world of the internet–which may or may not survive Ralph’s wrecking. Video game bad guy Ralph and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz must risk it all by traveling to the world wide web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush.

In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet — the netizens — to help navigate their way, including a webite entrepreneur named Yesss (Taraji P. Henson), who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site “BuzzzTube.”

“Wreck-It Ralph 2,” which also features the voices of Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch, downloads into theaters this Thanksgiving.
