Ralph Fiennes is eyeing a starring role in Wes Anderson's next film, "The Grand Budapest Hotel," a person familiar with the project has confirmed to TheWrap.
Anderson is producing the film with Scott Rudin and Indian Paintbrush.
Fiennes would play the hotel’s concierge, M. Gustave. Jude Law, Bill Murray and Angela Lansbury are also expected to appear in the film.
Johnny Depp, at one point, was reportedly associated with the European-set project which Anderson will direct from his own script.
Anderson’s last film “Moonrise Kingdom” opened the Cannes Film Festival in May.
Fiennes can next be seen in in the upcoming James Bond film, "Skyfall.” His other recent projects include "Great Expectations.”
