NBC was first in ratings with a 1.8 rating/5 share in the advertiser-desired 18-49 demographic and first in total viewers with an average of 6.8 million, according to preliminary numbers.
Following a rerun, "America's Got Talent" at 9 p.m. was the highest-rated and most-watched show of the evening with a 2.2/6 and 8.5 million viewers, even though the episode tied for the program's lowest Tuesday telecast ever.

Univision was second in ratings with a 1.4/4, but fifth in total viewers with 3.5 million.
Fox was third in ratings with a 1.3/4 and in total viewers with 4 million. "So You Think You Can Dance" was the only show on the schedule.
ABC was fourth in ratings with a 1.0/3 and in total viewers with 3.5 million. "Extreme Weight Loss" at 8 received a 1.1/3 and 3.8 million viewers. A repeat followed.
CBS was in fifth in ratings with a 0.8/3, but second in viewers with 6.5 million. The network aired entirely reruns.
The CW was sixth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in total viewers with 1.7 million. "Whose Line Is it Anyway?" at 8 earned a 0.9/3 and 2.3 million. After a repeat, "Capture" at 9 earned a 0.4/1 and 1.1 million viewers.
Telemundo was seventh in ratings with a 0.5/1 and in total viewers, with 1.2 million.
