Ratings: ‘Bob’s Burgers’ Ticks Up in Former ‘Mulaney’ Timeslot

Fox finished second on Sunday thanks mostly to an NFL overrun, while also getting a rise out of “Bob’s Burgers” in the former “Mulaney” timeslot.

NBC was first in ratings with a 5.1 rating/13 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in viewers with an average of 16.4 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Football Night in America” Part 1 at 7 p.m. had a 1.8/5 and 6.3 million viewers. Part 2 at 7:30 got a 3.0/8 and 9.1 million viewers. Part 3 at 8 earned a 4.7/12 and 14.4 million viewers. The game itself at 8:30 scored a night-high 6.2 rating and 18.2 million viewers. The contest had a 16 share.

Fox was second in ratings with a 3.1/8 and third in viewers with 7.7 million. An NFL overrun at 7 earned a 6.8 rating and 17.7 million viewers, with a primetime-best 18 share. The post game “OT” show at 7:30 received a 3.4/10 and 9.5 million viewers. “The Simpsons” at 8 scored a 2.9/8 and 6.6 million viewers. “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” at 8:30 had a 2.2/5 and 4.5 million viewers. “Family Guy” at 9 got a 2.2/5 — up 22 percent from last week — and 4.4 million viewers. “Bob’s Burgers” at 9:30 received a 1.7/4 and 3.3 million viewers. That demo number is up 13 percent from last week’s 7:30 timeslot; at 9:30 last week, “Mulaney” pulled just a 0.9 rating, nearly doubled by “Bob’s Burgers.”

ABC was third in ratings with a 1.9/5 and fourth in viewers with 6.3 million. “America’s Funniest Home Videos” at 7 got a 1.5/4 and 6.7 million viewers. “Once Upon a Time” at 8 earned a 2.4/6 and 6.6 million viewers. “Revenge” at 9 ticked up to a 1.5/4 and 5.2 million viewers.

CBS was fourth in ratings with a 1.4/4, but second in viewers with 11 million. At 8, “60 Minutes” received a 1.7/5 and 12.5 million viewers. “Madam Secretary” at 8 got a 1.5/4 and 12.7 million viewers. “The Good Wife” at 9 had a 1.3/3 and 10.5 million viewers. “CSI” at 10 posted a 1.3/4 and 8.4 million viewers.

Univision was fifth in ratings with a 1.0/3 and in total viewers with 2.6 million.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in total viewers with 811,000.
