CBS's "Big Brother" led the network to first place in ratings and total viewers Thursday, even as the Time Warner Cable extended to four full weeks.
CBS was first in ratings with a 2.0 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in total viewers with an average of 7.2 million, according to preliminary numbers. Due to significant NFL preemptions, ratings for FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC and The CW are inflated.
In between reruns, "Big Brother" at 9 p.m. earned a 2.6/8 and 8.4 million viewers, making it the highest-rated and most-watched program of the night. Time Warner has blacked out CBS in major markets including New York and Los Angeles.

NBC was second in ratings with a 1.5/5 and third in total viewers with 4.9 million. Following repeats, "Hollywood Game Night" earned a 1.5/5 and 4.8 million viewers.
ABC and Fox tied for third in ratings, both earning a 1.4/4. ABC was second in viewers with 6.3 million. Fox, airing entirely repeats, was fourth in viewers with 4.5 million.
ABC 's "Motive" at 8 earned a 1.4/4 and 6.4 million viewers. At 10, "Rookie Blue" received a 1.5/5 and 6 million viewers.
Univision was in fifth in ratings with a 1.3/4 and in viewers with 3.4 million.
Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.5/2 and in total viewers 1.3 million.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.4/1 and in total viewers with 1.1 million. It aired repeats.
