Ratings: CBS’s ‘Under the Dome’ Tops in Ratings, Viewers – but ABC Wins Night

A solid showing for "The Bachelorette" helps push the Eye to second

"Under the Dome" was the highest-rated and most-watched program of the evening, but with that the only new CBS show to contend with, ABC won the night, thanks mostly to a solid showing by "The Bachelorette."

ABC was first in ratings with a 2.0 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in total viewers with an average of 6.6 million, according to preliminary numbers.

"The Bachelorette" at 8 p.m. earned a 2.3/7 and 7.8 million viewers, up 21 percent from last week. At 9, "Mistresses" earned a 1.3/4 and 4.1 million viewers.

CBS was second in ratings with a 1.7/5 and second in total viewers with 6.5 million. Following reruns, "Under the Dome" earned a 2.7/8 with 11.1 million viewers.

Univision was third in ratings with a 1.3/4 and fourth in total viewers with 3.3 million viewers.

NBC was in fourth in ratings with a 1.1/3 and third in total viewers with 3.6 million. "American Ninja Warrior" at 8 received a 1.5/5 and 5.2 million viewers. At 9, "Get Out Alive" earned a 1.2/3 and 3.7 million viewers. "Siberia" at 10 had a 0.7/2 and 2 million viewers.

Telemundo was in fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in viewers with 1.6 million.

Fox, airing entirely repeats, was sixth in ratings with a 0.5/2 and in total viewers 1.5 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in total viewers, with 725,000. After a rerun at 8, "Breaking Pointe" earned a 0.2/1 and 549,000 viewers at 9.
