The Oprah Winfrey Network has a reason to bust out the champagne this week.
With the numbers for the second quarter of 2013 in, OWN has posted its best quarter since its January 2011 launch in both its key women 25-54 demographic and in total viewers.
For the recently wrapped three-month period, the network enjoyed a 32 percent bump over the first quarter in the women 25-54 demographic, and saw growth across the board.
In primetime, OWN posted a 0.29 rating in the women 25-54 demo, up from the 0.22 that it drew in the first quarter. Total viewers were also up for primetime, to 355,000 from 324,000.

Total-day numbers for OWN likewise rose for the most recent quarter, climbing in the demo from 0.13 to 0.17. Total viewership was up to 214,000, from the previous quarter's 202,000.
Much of the network's improvement can be attributed to the Tyler Perry series "The Haves and the Have Nots," which was the network's highest rated premiere ever in May, drawing 1.77 million total viewers and a 1.57 rating in the demo.
So far this season "The Haves and the Have Nots" — about the dynamic between the wealthy Cryer family and their hired help — has averaged 1.6 million total viewers and a 1.44 rating in the demo. Perhaps not surprisingly, the network doubled its episode order to 32 episodes of the drama shortly after its premiere.
Perry's "Love thy Neighbor" and "Iyanla: Fix My Life" are also among the network's hits.
