NBC scored a tight win over Fox with “America’s Got Talent” and “Minute To Win It”

NBC won Wednesday night for the second week in a row thanks to "America's Got Talent," but Fox's average rating for the evening was only one tenth lower.

TAG TEAM "America's Got Talent" earned an average 3.3 rating/10 share in the key adults 18-49 demographic from 9-10 p.m. NBC's Wednesday win was also aided by rapid fire game show "Minute To Win It," which scored 2.1/7 in the first hour of primetime. Overall, NBC averaged 2.4/8 for the night.

CLOSE SHAVE Fox kept it close with a two-hour episode of "So You Think You Can Dance." The dance competition posted a 2.3/8 for a performance show featuring the top eight contestants.

BOSS LADY Spanish-language broadcaster Univision beat both CBS and ABC on Wednesday night for the third straight week. Univision's third place showing came courtesy of the novelas "Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe" ("'Til Money Do Us Part") and "Soy Tu Duena" ("I'm Your Boss Lady"), and talk show "Don Francisco Presents."
