CBS’ “Survivor” tied a low on Wednesday, but was still the top-rated show of the night. Fox topped the ratings overall on a night loaded with repeats.
Fox led in the key 18-49 demographic with a 1.9 rating/6 share and in total viewers with an average of 8.4 million, according to preliminary numbers. “American Idol,” which began at 8 p.m., was the only show on the network’s schedule. It hit a new Wednesday low for the series.
CBS was second in ratings with a 1.6/5 and in viewers with 7.7 million. “Survivor” at 8 received a 2.2/8 and 9.3 million, which was the highest rating and viewership of the night. The rating matched a Thanksgiving night “Survivor” from the reality show’s last cycle, tying a series low. Repeats followed.

NBC and Univision tied for third in ratings, each with a 1.2/4. NBC was third in viewers with 4.7 million viewers, and Univision was fifth with 3 million. NBC aired entirely reruns.
ABC was fifth in ratings with a 1.1/3 and fourth in total viewers with 3.8 million. In between repeats, “Mixology” at 9:30 got a 1.2/3 and 3.7 million viewers.

The CW was sixth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in total viewers with 2.2 million. “Arrow” tied a low at 8 with a 0.7/2 and 2.4 million viewers. “The 100” at 9 ticked up 20 percent to a 0.6/2 and 2 million viewers.
Telemundo was seventh in ratings with a 0.4/1 and in total viewers with 1.1 million.
