Ratings: ‘Under the Dome’ Wins Again as CBS and ABC Tie

Univision finishes in third for the second straight day

CBS and ABC tied for first in ratings as CBS's "Under the Dome' led the night, according to preliminary ratings.

CBS and ABC both had a 1.7 ratings/5 share in the advertiser-sought 18-to-49-year-old demographic. CBS came in first outright in total viewers on the night, with 6.5 million. ABC has 5.9 million viewers, which was good for second place in total viewership.

A new "Under the Dome" at 10 p.m. was the highest-rated show of the evening, earning a 2.7/7, and was the most-watched show with 10.6 million total viewers. Earlier in primetime, CBS aired repeats. The Stephen King miniseries has won three out of three nights that it aired this summer.

ABC aired a new episode of "The Bachelorette" at 8, which earned a 1.9/6 and 6.8 million viewers. At 10, the network aired a new episode of "Mistresses," which earned a 1.2/3 and 4 million viewers.

Univision came in third in ratings with a 1.5/4 and fourth in total viewers with 3.8 million.

NBC was in fourth in ratings with a 1.3/4 and third in total viewers with 4 million. It aired a new episode of "American Ninja Warrior" at 8, earning a 1.6/5 and 5.1 million viewers. At 9, NBC aired the "Get Out Alive" premiere, which earned a 1.4/4 and 4.2 million viewers. At 10, a new episode of "Siberia" receieved a 1.0/3 and 2.7 million viewers.

Telemundo was in fifth in both ratings with a 0.8/2 and total viewers with 1.7 million.

Fox was sixth in both ratings with a 0.6/2 and total viewers with 1.5 million, airing entirely reruns.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/0 and in total viewers, with 545,000. The network also aired repeats.
