Fox’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game topped both the key demo and total viewers on Tuesday. In the process, CBS’ “Zoo” slipped and ABC’s “Extreme Weight Loss” gained.

The All Star Game drew an estimated 10.9 million total viewers, according to early Nielsen numbers, and a 6.6 household rating.

Meanwhile, NBC stayed steady for a solid second-place finish.

Fox was first in ratings with a 2.9 rating/10 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 10.6 million, according to preliminary numbers. That said, due to the nature of live sports, fast national numbers for Fox are approximate. Final Nielsen numbers will be released later today by Fox Sports.

NBC was second in ratings with a 2.1/7 and in viewers with 8.8 million. At 8 p.m., “America’s Got Talent” received a 2.4/9 and 10.6 million viewers. “Hollywood Game Night” at 10 had a 1.5/5 and 5.3 million viewers.

CBS and Univision tied for third in ratings, both with a 0.8/3. CBS was third in total viewers with 6.3 million; Univision was fifth with 1.9 million.

For CBS, in-between reruns, “Zoo” at 9 got a 1.0/3 — down 17 percent from last week — and 6.5 million viewers.

ABC was fifth in ratings with a 0.7/3 and fourth in viewers with 2.7 million. Following repeats, “Extreme Weight Loss” at 9 rose 33 percent from last week to a 0.8/3 and had 2.7 million viewers.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.6/2 and in viewers with 1.4 million.
