‘Real Housewives of NJ’s’ Teresa and Joe Giudice Cry Over Possible Jail Time (Video)

The couples’ legal issues have a become a major storyline this season

While Teresa and Joe Giudice’s family are tip-toeing around their financial and legal woes on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” the couple got real with each other — and the cameras — on Sunday’s episode.

Following a typically huge Christmas celebration at their family home, Teresa and Joe took a moment to reflect on the possibility that this may be their last Christmas together for a while.

It’s a touching moment, because let’s face it — they’ve had their moments where it looked like the marriage may fall apart. But if anything can be said about their legal issues, it seems to have strengthened their bond.

Teresa admits to her weak and tearful moments, but Joe is thankful for her strength and scared of leaving his family alone.

“If for whatever reason things were to turn out for the worst and I would have to go … on vacation, what I think about is being away from my girls for a long period,” he said. “I mean, that’s crazy, and leaving you, who is going to take care of everything around here?”
