Ryan Knight, the “Real World: New Orleans” star who was found dead in November, died of a mix of drugs and alcohol, according to the Kenosha County Medical Examiner’s office in Wisconsin.

A statement issued by the medical examiner this week stated that Knight’s cause of death was acute mixed drug and alcohol intoxication.

The specific drugs were methadone, typically used to treat opioid addiction; the pain medication tramadol; and alprazolam, known by the trade name Xanax.

The manner of Knight’s death was deemed accidental.

Knight was found dead Nov. 27 at a friend’s house. In addition to “Real World: New Orleans,” he appeared on numerous “Challenge” seasons on MTV, such as “The Challenge: Rivals II” and “The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons.”

Though initial reports of Knight’s death stated his age as 29, the medical examiner lists his date of birth as June 18, 1986, which would have made him 28 at the time of his death.
