Report: People Still Reading Magazines

Better news for some titles (Official XBox Magazine) than others

Despite some of the doom and gloom news coming out of the magazine industry the last couple years, people are still reading magazines.

According to the latest study from MRI, overall magazine readership is actually up nearly 1 percent in the last six months, compared to the same span a year ago. (Folio called it "stable.")

But the news is better for magazines some than others.

In terms of percentage gains and losses of readers, here are the top and bottom 10:

5. Life & Style Weekly 30.78%
