“The smartest Rick and Mortyiest Morty” are back for Season 4, and as Monday morning’s trailer proves — their best-laid plans get “totally f–ked up” as usual.
Adult Swim’s hit animated series “Rick and Morty” returns on Nov. 10 following a two year hiatus, with mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his goofy grandson Morty Smith causing chaos around the universe as usual.
The latest teaser shows them heading out on another epic adventure, with the “Morty gets a dragon experiment” rapidly going up in flames.

Other glimpses of mayhem include Morty convinced he is dying from a strange skin disease, curious-looking aliens, police lockdowns and more stamps on the “epic adventure card.”
“Rick and Morty” is created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, and features Roiland, Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer and Sarah Chalke voicing the main characters.

Guest stars for the fourth season include Taika Waititi, Sam Neill, Paul Giamatti and Kathleen Turner.
Season 4 is broken up into two parts with the first five new episodes debuting on Friday, Nov. 10 at 11:30 p.m. on Adult Swim.
