Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day’s ‘Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet’ Gets Premiere Date at Apple TV+

Apple TV+ has set the premiere date for “Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet,” its comedy series from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” stars and executive producers Rob McElhenney and Charlie Day.

The new show will launch Friday, Feb. 7, the streaming service announced Wednesday. And when it drops, all nine half-hour episodes will be available at once.

Co-created by McElhenney, Day and Megan Ganz, “Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet” follows a team of video game developers as they navigate the challenges of running a popular video game.

McElhenney stars on the comedy as the fictional company’s creative director, Ian Grimm. The rest of the ensemble cast includes Academy Award-winner F. Murray Abraham, Danny Pudi, Imani Hakim, Charlotte Nicdao, David Hornsby (or as you know him, Rickety Crickety from “It’s Always Sunny’s”), Ashly Burch and Jessie Ennis.

“Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet” is executive produced by McElhenney and Day under their RCG banner, Michael Rotenberg and Nicholas Frenkel on behalf of 3Arts and Jason Altman, Danielle Kreinik and Gérard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television. Hornsby and Ganz also executive produce.

The series hails from Lionsgate, 3 Arts Entertainment and Ubisoft.
