The New York Police Department on Thursday said they were investigating a suspicious package addressed to Robert De Niro sent to the office of his production company in the city’s Tribeca neighborhood, CNN reported.

Two law enforcement officials told the network the package had markings similar to the pipe-bomb packages sent this week to other top Democrats, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, former attorney general Eric Holder and U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters.

Police were called at 4:45 a.m. to the seventh floor of the Greenwich St. headquarters of De Niro’s Tribeca Enterprises, home of his production company as well as the annual Tribeca Film Festival. The package was safely removed from the location, the NYPD tweeted.

Also on Thursday morning, federal investigators intercepted a suspicious packaged addressed to former vice president Joe Biden at a Delaware mail center, NBC Philadelphia reported. Biden’s Delaware residence was swept Wednesday but nothing was found.

A rep for De Niro, who has been an outspoken and occasionally foul-mouthed critic of President Trump, did not immediately respond to requests for comment. But a spokesperson for Tribeca Enterprises confirmed the delivery and removal of the package and said: “Everyone is safe and the building is open.”

Law enforcement sources told CNN that De Niro’s package, like many of the others, arrived in a manila envelope with the return address of U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Florida).

Authorities, including the Secret Service, have been investigating the packages — none of which have detonated so far.

At June’s Tony Awards, the Oscar-winning actor cursed out Trump while introducing Bruce Springsteen. “First, I wanna say, ‘F— Trump,’” he said. “It’s no longer ‘Down with Trump,’ it’s ‘F— Trump.’”

Trump responded in a series of tweets, calling the “Raging Bull” star “a very low IQ individual.”

In January, De Niro also launched a foul-mouthed rant against Trump at the National Board of Review Awards dinner, referring to the president as “our baby-in-chief” and “this f—ing idiot.”
