Rosamund Pike has found another post-“Gone Girl” project, opposite Jon Hamm in Radar Pictures’ political thriller “High Wire Act.”

Brad Anderson will direct the Oscar nominee and former Don Draper in a script from Tony Gilroy, about a retired U.S. diplomat and CIA operative attempting a rescue mission in 1980s’ Beirut.

Hamm will star as Mason Skiles, called back into service to save a former colleague. Pike will play the field agent responsible for his safety.

Mike Weber is producing with partner Ted Field and Gilroy. Schiff/Audino is casting. Good Universe will handle international sales.

Pike’s upcoming projects include Pathe’s “A United Kingdom” directed by Amma Asante and Echo Lake Entertainment/Film Nation’s HHHH directed by Cédric Jimenez.

Pike is represented by CAA, United Agents and Magnolia Entertainment.
