Ryan Dunn’s ‘Proving Ground’ Returns to G4 July 19

Show featuring deceased “Jackass” star comes back on the air next month after hiatus

Ryan Dunn may be gone, but he'll be back on the air next month.

The "Jackass" star, who died last Monday in a fiery car crash at the age of 34, will return to G4 on July 19, when the cable outlet will resumes airing his series "Proving Ground," G4 announced on Monday. The nine-episode series will resume with its second episode in its original time slot of Tuesdays at 8 p.m.

G4 put the series on indefinite hiatus after its debut episode following Dunn's death. "Proving Ground" features Dunn trying to re-create stunts from movies and television shows.

The return of "Proving Ground" will be preceded by a special tribute episode of "Attack of the Show!" airing July 19 at 7 p.m., which will air interviews with Dunn's friends and a look at his most memorable moments.
