Hey, girl — Ryan Gosling has scored even more points with women after he said they “are better than men.”

“I think women are better than men,” the actor said in an interview with ES Magazine. “They are stronger, more evolved. You can tell especially when you have daughters and you see their early stages, they are just leaps and bounds beyond boys immediately.”

Gosling has two daughters with his partner Eva Mendes: Esmeralda, 2, and Amada, who was born in April.

“I’ve always liked women more,” added Gosling. “I was brought up by my mother and older sister. I found my way into dance class. My home life now is mostly women. They are better than us. They make me better.”

While he didn’t necessarily endorse Hillary Clinton for president, the actor did say that he hopes there will be a female president soon.

“I think it [America] needs a woman’s touch,” he said.
