Santa returns to “South Park” for the Comedy Central show’s season finale this week, and is bringing some good ole-fashioned Christmas cheer. Wait no, sorry, we meant the opposite of that.
Don’t believe us? Here is the logline for Wednesday’s episode, titled “Christmas Snow,” and you can watch Santa turn into Debbie Downer in the video above:
It’s a bleak Christmas Season in ‘South Park’ this year and it’s all Santa’s fault. He is single handedly stealing the joy from the holiday. The town just wants their Christmas Spirit back but that will take a Christmas miracle.
It’s still better than last season, when Santa attempted to deliver some Christmas cheer to the citizens of South Park in the Season 22 finale. That was until he found out they kicked out his old pal Mr. Hankey (which happened in an earlier episode this season). Then he used a much different c-word to show his displeasure.
“Have fun sucking Jeff Bezos’ dick, you bunch of c—!” he says in the video above. If you can believe it, it’s the first time “South Park” has used that word.
“South Park” is renewed for two more seasons after this one, bringing the total to 25 seasons. The series will also move its streaming home from Hulu to HBO Max next spring.
