Friday’s episode of "The Tonight Show" will likely be must-see TV for Sarah Palin die-hards.
That’s because the former Alaska governor is expected to pop up for a walk-on appearance on the Conan O’Brien show tonight. Unless, of course, Palin decides to go rogue and changes her plan.
Palin visited "The Oprah Winfrey Show" last month to promote her new book. This will be her appearance on one of the two major late-night shows. She’s already done "Saturday Night Live" and had a brief taped appearance on "The Colbert Report."
It’s not surprising Palin chose Conan over, say, David Letterman. The politician had a major run-in with Letterman earlier this year, when Letterman cracked wise about Palin’s teen daughter , stirring up a backlash among the far right.
Of course, Conan’s writing staff hasn’t been able to resist poking fun at Palin, either. Check out this clip from earlier this season.
