Scaramucci: Media Now ‘Supporting’ North Korea Over Trump (Video)

“They support MS-13, Hamas and now they’re supporting Chairman Kim,” former White House Communications Director tells “Fox & Friends”

Former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci criticized the mainstream media on Friday, telling the set of “Fox & Friends” that President Trump’s enemies there were now “supporting” North Korea.

“It’s almost like they’re supporting. They support MS-13, Hamas and now they’re supporting Chairman Kim,” said Scaramucci of the mainstream media.

“He’s got a deal on the table that he will accept for the American people. If that does not work then there will be no deal. It’s just really that simple and that sort of bluntness and that steely backbone is something that these guys don’t like.”

“They don’t want him to get a win,”  declared “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy.

“It’s got to be enormously frustrating for the president,” said Scaramucci.

On Thursday, President Trump abruptly canceled his June 12 summit with North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, telling the reclusive dictator in a very public letter that the recent hostility emanating from the country was unacceptable.

“Sadly, based on the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed in your most recent statement, I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting,” said Trump in a letter addressed to the North Korean leader. “Therefore, please let this letter serve to represent that the Singapore summit, for the good of both parties, but to the detriment of the world, will not take place.”

The statement Trump referred to was issued by North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan, and took a number of shots at Trump administration officials and warned that unilateral nuclear disarmament was not on the table.
