After LeBron James opted out of his contract with the Miami Heat, a bidding war erupted among the other teams trying to convince the four-time NBA MVP Award winner to consider a move to their cities. Not wanting to be left out of the bidding war, Seth Meyers put together his own video to convince James to consider a move to “Late Night.”

The video spotlighted all of the exciting amenities “Late Night” has to offer, like a computer, tape dispenser, stapler and access to all kinds of electrical outlets.
“Hungry for another NBA title?” the video voiceover asked. ” Maybe. Hungry for a weird assortment of food? Definitely. Our office refrigerator has eight different kinds of milk.”

Basically, they just grabbed a camera and walked around the “Late Night” offices, pointing out all the weird and quirky amenities they had to offer … and really honing in on that sandwich in the fridge that Cheryl just refuses to throw out.
The video closed by revealing that they’d just signed a New York Nick, as in a guy named Nick from New York.
