TLC is moving “Love, Lust or Run,” “Brides Gone Styled” and “Dare to Wear” to Thursday nights beginning July 9.
Experts from the three shows will help fashion-challenged people find their way out of extreme style ruts. Whether it’s a bride-to-be with pink hair and an antler crown or a stylist who dons yellow lipstick and blue hair, these professionals have their work cut out for them.
Beginning at 9 p.m. on “Love, Lust or Run,” Stacy London meets Taquoia, a stylist whose outrageous personal style is scaring potential clients away. Taquoia says women are worried she’ll glam them to look like her and needs Stacy’s help to tone her look down from extreme to approachable.
Then at 9:30 p.m. on “Brides Gone Styled,” Gretta and Robert encounter a unique bride-to-be. Kelly is an antler-wearing, pink-haired princess who wants to take her everyday style to the max on her wedding day. Kelly’s more modest friend Valerie and her mom nominate her for a makeover to avoid a bridal fashion disaster.
At 10 p.m., a new episode of “Dare to Wear” features Dina, a girly girl who doesn’t dress down for any occasion, and Allison, a flight instructor with a zero-tolerance policy for feminine clothes. Tai challenges both ladies to swap clothes for 24 hours as part of their makeover process.
