Suge Knight’s legal woes continue to grow.

A judge found on Tuesday that there’s enough evidence to order a trial in the robbery case against the former hip-hop mogul and comedian Katt Williams, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office told TheWrap on Tuesday.

The finding was made during a preliminary hearing in the case presided over by Judge Ronald Coen. Both Knight and Williams, who face charges of robbery and criminal threat, were present at the hearing.

Knight and Williams are accused of taking a photographer’s camera in Sept. 2014 outside a studio in Beverly Hills.

The two defendants are next expected in court on Oct. 27 for arraignment.

Knight also appeared in court on Tuesday for a pretrial hearing on a murder case against him. Knight is accused of running down Terry Carter and Cle Sloan with his truck during an altercation in Compton, California, in January, killing Carter and injuring Sloan. Knight, who faces murder and attempted murder charges in the case, has pleaded not guilty.

Knight’s next court date in the murder case is scheduled for Dec. 11.

Despite all of the legal issues, Knight managed to do his fatherly duty on Tuesday, sneaking a birthday message to his 6-year-old son.

During his court appearance, Knight wrote, “Happy B-Day Legend” on a piece of paper, flashing it at a camera that was capturing the court proceeding.
