Suge Knight’s girlfriend and business partner have been charged for allegedly selling video of Knight’s January 2015 hit-and-run incident to TMZ, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The rap mogul’s girlfriend, Toilin Kelly, and business partner Mark Blankenship were both charged with one felony count each of conspiracy to violate a court order, conspiracy to obstruct justice and conspiracy to commit grand theft for allegedly selling the video, which is under seal as evidence in connection with Knight’s murder trial.

Though the indictment was handed down on July 28, the district attorney’s office unsealed it on Wednesday, after Kelly pleaded not guilty.

According to the district attorney’s office the duo spent nearly a month brokering a deal with TMZ worth $55,000, while allegedly aware that the footage was under a protective order.

Kelly and Blankenship each face up to three years in state prison that could be served in local custody if convicted as charged.

Knight currently faces murder and attempted murder charges for allegedly hitting Terry Carter and Cle “Bone” Sloan with his truck, killing Carter and injuring Sloan. Knight has pleaded not guilty in the case.
