When they're not choosing from golf, biking, hiking and floating on the lake, the media moguls visiting Herb Allen's annual Sun Valley, Idaho, get-together have an eclectic selection of panels and one-on-ones to mull through.
TheWrap got its hands on the full three-and-a-half-day schedule — not only is General David Petraeus speaking, but Jordan's King Abdullah is here — along with Mike Ovitz!
Talk about eclectic.
Here's what we can tell you about the panels and speakers:
The program kicked off on Wednesday morning, with moguls Peter Chernin, Barry Diller, Jeffrey Katzenberg and Bobby Kotick discussing "Entertainment in the Digital Era."
Wednesday's program concluded with "The Impact of Healthcare Legislation," a panel that included reps from Aetna and Johnson & Johnson.
Thursday's morning panels include the Tom Brokaw-moderated "Women in Technology," which will feature Xerox's Ursula Burns and Anne Mulcahy, among others.
Also on the Thursday program: "Europe Today," moderated by the New York Times' Thomas Friedman and featuring Niall FitzGerald of Thomson Reuters and Jean Bernard Levy of Vivendi SA, among others; and "The Social Internet," which touts high-profile technology consultant Marc Andreessen, LinkedIn's Reid Hoffman and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg.
From there, the topics and speakers go all over the map.
On Thursday afternoon, for example, there's "The Final Frontier: Understanding the Brain From Autism to Alzheimer's" featuring a panel of lab-coated MDs from the Mayo and Cleveland clinics.
On Friday morning, there's a fun little panel called "Global Risks" that will feature former CIA chiefs Michael Hayden and Stephen Kappas.
That's followed directly by "The Business of Running a Big City," which will feature mayors Michael Bloomberg (New York), Cory Booker (Newark) and Richard Daley (Chicago) talking metropolis.
Up after that at 10:15 a.m., the prime minister of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong, will address the conference.
Then on Saturday morning, following a technology panel that will include Pandora's Tim Westergren and Groupon's Andrew Mason, among others, newly appointed Afghan war chief David Petraeus will be interviewed by the Brookings Institute's Michael O'Hanlon.
That will be followed by Anderson Cooper's chat with Warren Buffett, and Bill and Melinda Gates, which will conclude the day's programming.
