Sundance Video: Wrap Industry Panel Tells Filmmakers to Be Personal, Have a Hook and a Plan

The panelists included expert producers, financing agent, crowdfunders and technologists

TheWrap brought together a panel of indie film experts to talk about how to make your movie stand out in the digital age, at the Sundance FIlm Festival 2014.

Participants included Jay Cohen of the Gersh Agency, Cary Murnion, director of “Cooties,” Producer Alicia Van Couvering, Derek Callow of YouTube and Mark Hofstatter of Indiegogo. Teri Schwartz, the dean of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, gave the introduction.
