Sunshine Sachs Names Two New Partners

Heather Lylis and Keleigh Thomas Morgan join company alongside founders Ken Sunshine and Shawn Sachs

Sunshine Sachs has promoted Heather Lylis and Keleigh Thomas Morgan to partner, the New York-based publicity firm said Friday.

They are the only two partners at the company beyond its eponymous leaders, Ken Sunshine and Shawn Sachs.

Both Lylis and Thomas Morgan have been at Sunshine Sachs for more than a decade, with Lylis overseeing the firm’s expansion into Washington, DC and Thomas Morgan running the show in Los Angeles.

Lylis represents corporate clients such as Girl Scouts of America, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Facebook, and has expanded the firm’s media relationship, sponsorship and talent integration practices.

Thomas Morgan opened the company’s first satellite office in Los Angeles and represents many of the firms’ biggest stars, including Jennifer Lopez, Tyler Perry and Natalie Portman. She also works with clients such as Cinetic Media, The Geffen Playhouse and Ivanhoe Pictures.

“Sunshine Sachs started 23 years ago to service a wide variety of clients, particularly those dedicated to changing the world.  Heather and Keleigh have long been our partners in that mission, and today we formalize that relationship,” Sunshine and Sachs said in a statement. “They are integral to our company and its growth over the last decade. Our success has long been built on organic growth, where longtime employees have assumed leadership and developed cutting edge expertise.”
