With five shows at L.A.’s Staples Center, Taylor Swift had plenty of opportunities this week to parade around her bottomless supply of celebrity friends.
The pop star, whose “Bad Blood” music video featured a cavalcade of famous female stars, has elevated the name-drop to an art form with her ongoing 1989 World Tour. Everyone from “Paper Towns” star Cara Delevingne to Mary J. Blige to Phoebe from “Friends” has popped up at one of Swift’s stops around the globe.
Whether the guest appearances are genuine displays of friendship or gentle reminders that Swift remains ever-so-slightly more famous than all of the very famous members of her entourage is unclear, but the number of people at her Beck and call (see what we did there?) is truly impressive.
So is Swift actually friends with all of her celebrity guests? Or is she just showing off how many people are willing to drop everything to stand in her shadow? Watch the latest Wrap Trends to find out.
