Donny Osmond Returns to ‘The Masked Singer’ Stage and Joins the Judges Panel for Vegas Night (Exclusive Video)

The singer reprises his rendition of “The Greatest Show,” which he sang during Season 1 as Peacock

Donny Osmond is back on “The Masked Singer” stage in honor of Vegas Night!

The iconic singer, who was the runner-up on Season 1 of the Fox competition series, is helping the panel Wednesday night as a guest judge — but not before reprising his rendition of “The Greatest Show,” which was his first song as his former alter ego Peacock (and the first song ever performed on “The Masked Singer” stage).

In an exclusive clip shared with TheWrap, Osmond emerges from behind burlesque fans to belt out the tune from “The Greatest Showman.” All four judges go wild cheering him on before he joins them to give his two cents on the latest crop of contestants.

You can watch the entire clip above.

Wednesday night’s episode of “The Masked Singer” will be Las Vegas themed, so it makes total sense that Osmond is returning, considering he’s currently performing his own residency in Sin City. The second episode of Season 8 will be quite the showdown, as the reigning queen of “The Masked Singer” Harp will go up against Panther and Pi-Rat.

Last week, Harp impressed the judges with her rendition of “Perfect” by Pink, beating out Hedgehog, Knight, and Hummingbird for the winning spot. Hedgehog was revealed to be Eric Idle, and William Shatner was behind Knight. We expect to find out who Hummingbird’s identity is at the top of the upcoming episode.

According to Fox, the Season 8 contestants boast a combined 32 Grammy nominations, 16 Emmy wins, 8 gold albums, four Golden Globe nominations, 10 Teen Choice Awards, and five stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Episodes of “The Masked Singer” air Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
