Oh my God! OK, it’s happening! Everybody stay calm, ’cause this is not a drill: “The Office” alums Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey are doing a podcast together — about “The Office.”
Fischer and Kinsey, who played Pam Beesly and Angela Martin, respectively, on the NBC comedy, are launching “Office Ladies,” “the ultimate podcast for nostalgic fans,” according Stitcher, the podcast company behind the program.
The real-life best friends plan to break down a different episode of “The Office” for you each week, telling behind-the-scenes stories and answering fans questions. So the absolute most amazing re-watch companion a fan could hope for.
“As we close in on the 15th anniversary of the show, it seemed like a great time to share our stories and behind-the-scenes trivia with fans,” Fischer said in a statement. “Besides talking about ‘The Office,’ you can also hear us chat a little about our lives, our Target runs together, our friendship through the years.”
“Office Ladies” launches October 16 on Stitcher’s comedy network, Earwolf, which also carries podcasts like “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” and “How Did This Get Made?”
For fans who want to follow along and watch the episodes Kinsey and Fischer pick apart, episode of “The Office” can be streamed on Netflix through the end of 2020. Then the series is heading to NBCUniveral’s forthcoming streaming service.
