Third Woman Accuses Jeremy Piven of Sexual Misconduct

“He jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground,” Tiffany Bacon Scourby says

A third woman has accused actor Jeremy Piven of sexual misconduct, saying that he exposed his genitals and ejaculated over her sweater during a morning meeting at New York’s Trump International Hotel & Tower in 2013.

“He jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground,” advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby told People, adding  that Piven exposed his genitals and rubbed them against her body.

Scourby said she was clothed the entire 15 minutes that she was in his hotel room, but he “held down my hands” and ejaculated “all over my white turtleneck.”

“I pushed him off of me and ran down the short hallway to get to the door,” she continued. “I rubbed my chest against the wall to get his [semen] off of my sweater. I ran outside and hailed a cab and I just burst into tears. I cried the entire way back to my hotel.”

She said she called a longtime friend from the cab, a friend who corroborated the events to People.

She said she had set up the 11 a.m. meeting after meeting the actor at a club the previous night.

“I remember I was wearing this white ribbed turtle neck and brown slacks — business attire — and I was sitting right next to him on the couch,” Scourby said. “We were talking for about five minutes and he said he was waiting for his [publicist] to come with us.”

While a spokesperson for Piven has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment, Piven did tell People: “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”

A representative for Piven told People that if the actor were to take a polygraph test, it” would have clearly proven this allegation to be entirely fabricated, a complete lie. He’s now looking at legal options.”

Scourby said she never thought about saying anything until she saw Piven’s denial of the accusations made by Ariana Bellamar, who said Piven groped her years ago on the set of “Entourage” and at the Playboy Mansion.

“‘Member when you cornered me in your trailer on the #Entourage set?” she tweeted at Piven. “‘Member grabbing my boobies on the [couch] without asking??” Bellamar later added that “Piven, on two occasions, cornered and forcefully fondled my breasts and bum. Once at the mansion and once on set.”

Actress Cassidy Freeman also accused Piven of unspecified “predatory behavior.”

Piven “unequivocally” denied Bellamar’s accusations, saying “It did not happen. It takes a great deal of courage for victims to come forward with their histories, and my hope is that the allegations about me that didn’t happen, do not detract from stories that should be heard.”

Piven currently plays Jeffrey Tanner on “Wisdom of the Crowd,” a co-production from CBS Television Studios and Universal Television now in its first season.
