Do not step to Mandy Moore when quoting “This Is Us” and “A Walk to Remember” because that girl knows her stuff.
Moore proved just how great a memory she has when it comes to her own projects on Monday’s “Tonight Show” when host Jimmy Fallon attempted to stump her with a few famous one-liners.
The NBC family drama star was given a quote (i.e. “You have to promise that you won’t fall in love with me”) and required to match it to either “This Is Us” or “A Walk to Remember.”
Moore didn’t miss a single line, including ones that are said by other characters (We’re looking at you, Jack Pearson).
After she aced the quiz, Moore told Fallon she’s excited for “This Is Us” Season 3, which premieres tonight, as things are going to get a little lighter after Jack’s death in the drama’s sophomore year.
“The Jack and Rebecca courtship is what gets explored for the first half of the season, so it’s fun,” Moore says. “I feel like I get to smile and laugh and enjoy myself. I cried all the tears humanly possible last season.”
