She was ready with that Tracy Morgan impression: Tiffany Haddish showed off some comedic range Tuesday on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” doing a pretty spot-on impersonation of her “The Last O.G.” co-star.
“Is Tracy the richest person you know?” Jimmy Kimmel asked his Las Vegas guest.
“I’ve done a lot of Bar Mitzvahs,” Haddish replied. “I’m gonna say, no.”
“I think he’s one of the richest people I know,” she said, using the generous setup to launch into her impression.
For the impersonation, Haddish goofed on Morgan’s odd octopus collection. The line, “You know my fish tank is crazy,” just feels ripe for Morgan-voice.

Tray (Morgan) is an ex-con who is shocked to see just how much the world has changed when he is released from prison for good behavior after a 15-year stint. Wanting nothing more than to connect with his kids, but having neither the money to support them nor himself, Tray falls back on the skills he learned in prison to make ends meet while treading unfamiliar territory.
