Looks like there is even more trouble in paradise for TLC “90 Day Fiance” star Jorge Nava. Anfisa’s husband has been arrested in Arizona for possessing nearly 300 pounds of marijuana.
“Mr. Nava was arrested on Feb. 7 for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana for sale and drug paraphernalia,” Public Relations Manager Bart Graves for Arizona Department of Public Safety told TheWrap. The “293 pounds of high-grade marijuana was seized from Nava’s vehicle. The stop was made eastbound I-40 at milepost 19.”
Nava was arranged on Feb. 8, a Kingman Justice Court clerk confirmed for us. He posted a $25,000 bond and was released from Mohave County Jail. Nava is due in court for a hearing on Feb. 23 at 2 p.m.
TLC declined comment on Nava’s arrest when reached by TheWrap.
On the hit series, Nava has spoken openly about being a legal marijuana dealer in the state of California, where the drug is now allowed recreationally. In Arizona, where Nava was arrested, marijuana is currently only legal for medicinal use.
Anfisa has not posted to her Instagram since Jorge’s arrest.
