To add to his problems, Tom Sizemore has now lost his manager after being arrested on a domestic abuse charge this week.

In a statement provided to TheWrap, DTLA Entertainment Group and Charles Lago, Sizemore’s personal manager for the past seven years, said that, due to the arrest, “we have come to the conclusion that we cannot continue representing Sizemore in good conscience. We cannot condone Sizemore’s continued abuse of drugs and violence against other individuals.”

Lago and DTLA also denied Sizemore’s claims that they had stolen money from the “Black Hawk Down” actor.

“There is absolutely no validity to these accusations. In fact, Lago has for several years supported Sizemore financially at various times including when three videos surfaced of Sizemore using crystal meth and heroin at his Los Angeles home.”

The statement adds, “For Sizemore to allege that Lago has stolen money when in fact he owes ago almost $22,000 is not only an absolute lie, but highly offensive.”

Sizemore was arrested Tuesday morning and booked for cohabitant abuse after officers responded to a radio call at his Los Angeles residence, an LAPD spokesperson told TheWrap.

This isn’t Sizemore’s first brush with the law involving violence. In 2003, Sizemore, who has struggled with substance abuse, was convicted of assault and battery on his girlfriend Heidi Fleiss, also known as the “Hollywood Madam.”

Less than two weeks ago, Sizemore was reportedly involved in an on-set accident that injured a stuntman while filming the USA Network series “Shooter.”

Earlier this week, USA pushed the series’ premiere back to the fall, out of sensitivity to the rash of shootings that have plagued the country recently.
