Tomi Lahren Slams ‘Hypocritical’ Hollywood Elite for Award Show Politics (Video)

“Last time I checked, Syrian refugees aren’t generally placed in Beverly Hills,” conservative commentator says

TheBlaze host Tomi Lahren took on Hollywood during her “Final Thoughts” segment on Tuesday night, blasting stars “hypocritical” views on President Trump’s executive order on immigration that blocks travel from seven Muslim countries.

“The star-studded elites will take any opportunity and use any awards show to demonstrate how much they truly care about the poor, the environment and, of course, refugees,” the right-wing personality said. “A little hypocritical when they fly around on private jets, rake in millions of dollars for memorizing lines or, my personal favorite nugget of hypocrisy, live in multi-million dollar compounds in the Hollywood Hills surrounded by gates, guards and private security.”

The conservative commentator continued: “It’s pretty easy to say, ‘Let them in,’ or give us a selective description of their America with that plush and protective view. Right Ashton.”

Lahren took a direct shot at Ashton Kutcher, who recently paid tribute to “everyone in airports that belong in my America.” “You are a part of the fabric of who we are, and we love you and we welcome you,” he said while presenting at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

“Last time I checked, Syrian refugees aren’t generally placed in Beverly Hills,” Lahren shot back on her show. “I have a feeling an influx of unvetted refugees from jihadist-ravaged and controlled Middle Eastern nations are probably less welcomed in the neighborhoods of the rich and famous then they would have us believe by their bleeding-heart award show speeches.”
