Tori Spelling Sued by American Express for Alleged Unpaid Bill

Creditor claims she owes nearly $38,000

Maybe you should leave home without your American Express, Tori Spelling.

The former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star has been slapped with a lawsuit filed by the charge card company, claiming that the actress hasn’t been paying her bill.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that Spelling owes the company nearly $38,000 that she racked up on her card.

“No part of said sum has been paid, although demand for payment has been made,” the lawsuit reads.

A spokeswoman for Spelling has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment.

American Express is asking for its money, plus costs of the suit.
