‘Kimmel’ Fill-in Tracee Ellis Ross Is Just ‘Another Black, Jewish, Female Host of Late-Night’ (Video)

Watch her full Tuesday monologue here

Tracee Ellis Ross was just “another black, jewish, female host of late-night” on Tuesday — as if we needed any more of those.

The “Black-ish” star filled in admirably for Jimmy Kimmel last night, when she welcomed guests Mary J. Blige and author Amanda de Cadenet at 11:30 p.m. During the monologue, the daughter of Diana Ross had jokes, shared a music video about her bizarre obsession with bowls, and introduced the world to verbal Christmas cards.

She even revealed the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” 2017 “As Seen on TV” gift guide. Trust us, you won’t want any of this crap — but you also won’t want to miss Ellis Ross’s show-open.
